Complaint
Description: Plaintiff parked his car in a spot that an old woman was trying to save for her husband, so she called her son, Defendant Officer, who told him to move the car. When Plaintiff refused, Defendant Officer assaulted and arrested Plaintiff, and moved his car into an illegal spot so that the couple could take the spot Plaintiff had. Plaintiff was kept overnight in jail, and was not allowed to travel to see his sick mother when he was ACD'd. Case was eventually dismissed.
