Description: On or about January 30, 2014, at approximately 6:45 am at the 125th Street/Saint Nicholas Avenue subway station, Defendants Santana, Shea, and Garofalo assaulted and battered, wrongfully and falsely arrested, imprisoned, and detained Plaintiff without any right or justifiable grounds therefore. This continued at the Transit Bureau District 34. Said arrest, detention, and imprisonment was caused without a warrant and without reasonable cause or belief that Plaintiff was guilty of any crime. Plaintiff did not consent to the confinement. Plaintiff suffered humiliation and ridicule, greatly injuring her credit and causing her to suffer pain in both mind and body.
