Description: On September 1, 2013, plaintiff Nava Inocente was attending a feast and celebration for Saint Rose of Lima at Club Palenque at 1880 Carter Avenue in the Bronx when defendant NYPD officers responding to a 911 call about public intoxication arrived at the premises between 1:48 am and 2:14 am. The officers ordered plaintiff to leave the premises, and plaintiff motioned to his two children to come with him to leave when defendant NYPD officer Jacob Newman and unidentified NYPD officers began striking and hitting plaintiff in the body, causing him severe injuries including cuts and lacerations. Description: On March 15, 2013 at 3:18 A.M at the intersection of 125th street and Broadway , NY , Plaintiffs were passengers in a taxi with another passenger , Julian Rivera. The taxi was pulled over by an unmarked car operated by officer's Urbanek and Santiago. Plaintiffs were not committing nay crime at this time , simply passengers in a taxi. The officer's approached the taxi to speak with the passengers. Urbanek approached the side of the taxi where Julian Rivera was seated and opened the door. Urbanek ordered Rivera out of the taxi .
