Description: On December 9, 2011, Plaintiff was lawfully inside the premises. Defendants, the NYPD members, unlawfully and without reasonable suspicion or probable cause, approached Plaintiff and arrested him. Plaintiff was punched, bitten, assaulted, and otherwise manhandled by Defendants. Plaintiff was taken to the 41st Precinct and subsequently to Central Booking in Bronx County, where he was arraigned on December 11, 2011, on charges of Criminal Possession of a Controlled and Resisting Arrest.
