Complaint
Description: On May 14, 2012 plaintiff Jose Cespedes was having drinks when an argument ensues between the plaintiff and friends. When the police arrive on the scene they arrested and assaulted the plaintiff, resulting in a hospital visit for several bruised/fractured ribs. He has a permanent scar on his wrist from the handcuffs. The plaintiff was incarcerated for approximately 48 hours.
