Description: "On March 8, 2016, plaintiff Oscar Vera and a passenger were in plaintiff's vehicle with defendant Sergeant Sean Honstetter standing at the driver side window with his service weapon drawn and defendant Detective Jon Gladstone standing at the passenger window, leaning in and pointing his service weapon at plaintiff. At that time and on the instruction of defendant Detective Julio Micheli, defendant Lieutenant Luis Arocho rammed his police vehicle into the back of plaintiff's vehicle, causing plaintiff's passenger to push defendant Gladstone's arm forward. Description: On or about March 30, 2013, Defendants Police Officer Baruccheri and Seargant Honstetter assaulted Plaintiff with guns drawn and other objects used to physically seize and strike and restrain Plaintiff. They arrested Plaintiff, bringing him to the NYPD 101st Precinct to be charged with crimes he did not commit and held in custody for over 24 hours. Later, on April 3, 2013, Plaintiff went to retrieve his belongings from the Precinct and Defendants Police Officer Solis and Seargant Cordiner assaulted and arrested him in the same manner, and again charged him with various crimes he did not commit. Plaintiff suffered severe and permanent physical and psychological injuries.
