Complaint
Description: On April 1, 2013, Defendant Police Detectives Brendan Parpan and Beckman, and Police Officer Martin Guilfoyle falsely arrested and improperly charged Plaintiff with Aggravated Harassment, a Violation of an Order of Protection, and Attempted Murder, all without probable cause given the complainant's history of false complaints and Defendants' failure to investigate in good faith. Plaintiff spent 24 hours in custody awaiting arraignment and incurred substantial costs as well as damage to his reputation.
