Complaint
Description: On June 3, 2019, Plaintiff Yvonne Lucas was assaulted, battered, pushed, kicked and pummeled by Defendant Officer McLevr, Officer McGregor, Sergeant Lopez, Officer Ronald Kennedy, and certain unnamed officers while she was in her apartment. The assault continued when officers handcuffed and pinned her to the ground, then paraded her through the hallways and vestibules of her building and out into the street.
