Description: On July 13, 2021, Plaintiffs were outside of a venue they had rented when they were approached by officers. While one of the Plaintiffs tried to explain that no one had called the police, the officers used excessive force and began to unlawfully arrest the Plaintiffs without cause. One Plaintiff was hit in the head by three separate officers to the point of losing consciousness and tased in the arm four times. He awoke at the precinct and was denied medical treatment. Another Plaintiff was thrown to the ground and an officer placed his knee on the Plaintiff's neck, was punched in the head, and was pepper sprayed.
