Description: On November 5, 2022, Plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of Westchester Avenue and Kelly Street in the Bronx when Defendant Officers, including Officer Jaquez, for no reason, stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detailed Plaintiff in an aggressive and excessive manner and was falsely and maliciously prosecuted with committing a crime. Plaintiff remained incarcerated for over 24 hours and was required to make numerous court appearances over an extended period of time until all charges against him were terminated favorably.
