The officers searched the plaintiff, found no illegal contraband on her person, handcuffed her, handcuffed her 14-year-old daughter, and took her 42-day-old child away from her. Description: On November 16, 2016, Plaintiff was driving in his sister vehicle before he was stopped by defendant officers for no cause. When Plaintiff inquired the legal reason for his arrest, defendant officers stated they are checking for drugs. Description: On Oct. 24, 2013, plaintiff was at a residence when he was approached and arrested by officers, despite committing no crime or possessing any contraband. After the arrest, Officer Thompson misrepresented facts in a police report to show that plaintiff had committed offenses, including the possession of marijuana. Plaintiff was later acquitted at trial of all charges on Mar. 19, 2014.

Description: On September 21, 2013, at approximately 12:01 AM, Plaintiff was lawfully walking on a sidewalk when Sgt. Guido, Officer Daniel Golat, Officer Shatlick and other unknown officers, without probable cause, arrested Plaintiff and placed him into handcuffs. During this arrest, at least 7 of the officers threw Plaintiff to the concrete sidewalk, punched Plaintiff in the back of the head while he was face down in handcuffs, then dragged and grinded Plaintiff's face across the sidewalk. As a result, Plaintiff suffered among other things, personal injury and mental anguish.
