On September 29, 2022, Detective Leonid Shatkin and members of the Narcotics Borough of Staten Island (NARC SI) arrested [redacted] for criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal sale of a controlled substance. [redacted] is a transgender woman. [redacted] explained this to Det. Shatkin; however, he proceeded to call her, "Sir" (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority, substantiated).
Det.
