Description: On October 13, 2022, plaintiff was in obeyance of all laws when he was unlawfully stopped, detained, battered and assaulted, seized and searched, and falsely arrested by officer Rolando Deleon and John or Jane Does 1-10, because of his race. The officers approached plaintiff and falsely accused him of criminal acts before brandishing a gun at him, illegally seizing his person, violently and aggressively grabbing his head and body, contorting his arms behind his back and applying metal handcuffs in an excessively tight fashion.
