Description: On October 21, 2013, plaintiff was lawfully walking at 106-16 159th St, Queens, NY, when defendants racially profiled plaintiff and stopped, questioned, frisked, and searched plaintiff. Defendants tackled plaintiff to the ground, kicked and punched him causing serious physical injuries, including two fractured legs. Defendants handcuffed and arrested plaintiff.
