Complaint
Description: On February 5, 2019, defendant POs approached the plaintiff when he was standing in a group with several other individuals. Defendants purported that plaintiff was engaging in gambling and based on defendants' false statements, the NY County District Attorney's office chose to prosecute plaintiff. Plaintiff was released on his own recognizance at arraignment. Plaintiff was incarcerated for around 28 hours, and he attended multiple court appearances before all charged were sealed and dismissed on August 13, 2019.
