Description: On January 18, 2017, plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of Glenwood Road and Rockaway Parkway, Kings, and entering into a subway station using his MetroCard, when defendant police officers, without any reasonable cause or legal justification, approached plaintiff in a threatening and intimidating manner. Defendants then proceeded to stop plaintiff and grabbed him by his body and limbs without any legal basis. Defendants asked plaintiff to show his identification, and when plaintiff inquired the reason for this demand, defendants immediately began striking plaintiff and tackling him to the ground.
