Complaint
Description: On March 8, 2020, Plaintiff was approached, assaulted and battered by Defendants, including Sergeant Bradley and Rajesh Lalwani, on the street. The assault and battery consisted of being thrown to the ground, was struck with knees, was forcefully placed in handcuffs, then was slammed once again down to the ground and was struck several times until he was placed under arrest. By reason of said assault and battery the plaintiff was caused to suffer severe and serious injuries in and about diverse parts of the person, and suffered great pain, distress, mental shock, mental anguish and psychological trauma and was otherwise injured.
