Description: On January 8, 2015, multiple police officers, including police officer Sid Caesar, stopped and searched the plaintiff. The police did not find anything. Plaintiff asked officers why they stopped him, and police told him to stop talking and threw him against a wall, grabbed and twisted his arms, and handcuffed the plaintiff in tight handcuffs which created pain and left marks on his wrists.
