Description: On February 6, 2021, while quarantined due to COVID-19 at his residence, the Plaintiff was falsely arrested by NYPD officers for a robbery that had occurred four months earlier. The crime involved six individuals forcing a victim to withdraw money from an ATM, but surveillance footage did not show the Plaintiff near the victim or the ATM.
