Complaint
Description: On August 3rd, 2021, the Defendants PINO, RAMUNNO, SOKOLOHORSKY, DEMPSEY and other unknown police officers stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, strip, humiliated and detained the Plaintiff in an aggressive and excessive manner without probable cause or any legal justification. Plaintiff was then maliciously prosecuted with committing a crime and incarcerated for over 24 hours. He suffered great and permanent bodily injury in and about his head, neck, back, body and limbs. Finally, the criminal action against Plaintiff was terminated favorably.
