Complaint
Description: On May 11, 2022, at or about the 2nd Floor, rear space of the premises known as 264 41st Street, in the County of Kings, NY, defendants PO Lee and others, as yet unidentified, without legal justification or excuse approached and arrested the Plaintiff. The defendants had no probable cause or reasonable suspicion that the plaintiff was engaged in an illegal activity. Despite the absence of any evidence of wrongdoing by the plaintiff, the defendants applied excessively tight handcuffs, formally arrested the plaintiff and transported him to the 72nd precinct. As a result, Plaintiff was held in a holding cell for a period of 4 hours until he was released from the defendant’s custody.
