Description: On March 16, 2012, Plaintiff Maurosol Felix was unlawfully stopped and searched by NYPD Officers Cintron and Jerez. Plaintiff Felix was subject to excessive force and the confiscation of his belongings before he was unlawfully arrested. Plaintiff was unlawfully imprisoned for approximately two days.
