Complaint
Description: On October 2, 2021, Plaintiff was approached by P.O.s including Officer Steven Salvato, while doing nothing unlawful and was stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained. As a result of the arrest, Plaintiff sustained physical and emotion pain and injuries. Plaintiff incarcerated for over 24 hours, subjected to a strip search, and prosecuted on false charges. All charges against Plaintiff were terminated favorably.
