Description: On January 22, 2015, at approximately 6:00 AM, Detective Ruperto Valentin and other unidentified officers, entered Plaintiffs' apartment with firearms drawn. The officers were looking for someone named "Robert Brown" but had the wrong address. The officers placed excessively tight handcuffs on both Plaintiffs, and threw Plaintiff to the ground. The Plaintiffs were handcuffed for three hours at their apartment while the police ransacked their apartment, damaging property therein.
