Description: On June 4th 2020 plaintiff peacefully attended a protest taking place in Mott Haven, Bronx County New York. Near East 136th street the defendants Dermoth Shea Commissioner of New York, Terence Monahan Chief of Department, New York Police and Chief assistant Kenneth Lehr Commander of Patrol Borough Bronx, ordered and authorized the encircling and trapping of protestors, including plaintiff. Plaintiff was unlawfully arrested by one of the Doe defendants and cuffed with tight zip-ties that left bruises on her wrists.
