Description: On June 18, 2010, Plaintiff Anthony Adams was in the vicinity of East Burnside Ave and Creston Ave in the Bronx when Defendant Officer Orlando Colon handcuffed and arrested plaintiff despite lacking probable cause. Plaintiff was arraigned on June 19, 2010 on false charges based on the false allegations filed by Defendant Officers "John" Grant and Orlando Colon. Plaintiff had to appear in court until all charges were dismissed on August 16, 2011.
