Description: On April 27, 2023, around 4:10 P.M., plaintiff Matthew Pierce was lawfully present at Queens County Family Court when he was arrested by Defendant Charlie Harvell for criminal contempt under the accusation of violating an order of protection. There was no such order at the time of the arrest. Plaintiff at no time engaged in illegal activity.
