Description: On or about June 29, 2023 Plaintiff was a passenger in a car when PO Alex Durst and PO John Doe stopped the car without legal justification and ordered the occupants out. POs then searched the car without legal justification and falsely arrested the occupants, including Plaintiff. Plaintiff was taken to the PSA 7 Precinct then Central Booking over the course of several hours. Plaintiff was released when the District Attorney declined to prosecute the arrest. Plaintiff has been unable to sleep, was forced to miss multiple days of school and work, and suffered deprivation of liberty, fear, and trauma as a result of this incident.

Description: On or about August 25, 2023, ten Plaintiffs were lawfully present in the vicinity of East 137th Street and Alexander Avenue. Plaintiffs were improperly stopped and searched by defendant officers Tiago Gomes, Alex Durst, Estiven Mena, Shanya Gonzalez, Brian Query, Johan Jaime, Jose Rossette, Juan Martinez Cabrera, John Doe, and John Roe. Plaintiffs were forcefully seized and battered, causing permanent injury to at least one plaintiff. Plaintiffs were taken to the precinct and remained incarcerated without cause for over 24 hours. False charges were then applied to all plaintiffs. Plaintiffs allege that the improper "stop and frisk" and subsequent false arrest was motivated by the plaintiffs' race.

Description: On September 7th, 2023, at approximately 11.45pm, plaintiff was in the vicinity of Webser Avenue and Park Avenue when defendant officers (including Alex Durst and others) falsely accused plaintiff of committing a crime. Defendants stopped, searched, grabbed. assaulted, battered , handcuffed and detained plaintinff agressively without any probable/reasonable cause or provocation. Plaintiff's fingerprints and photgraph were taken without his consent. Plaintiff was arraigned after his arrest and falsely and maliciously prosecuted.
