Description: On February 1, 2019, plaintiff was lawfully inside of the subway station located at Stillwell Ave in Coney Island helping her son get to the subway platform he was to leave from, and not intending to take the subway herself, when defendants unlawfully stopped, questioned, frisked, searched, seized, and arrested plaintiff without any legal justification. Officers unlawfully handcuffed plaintiff and transported her to the Transit District 34 Precinct where she was unlawfully detained in a holding cell for many hours.
