Description: On July 24th, 2021, plaintiff had left a house party and was dancing an a street corner with several friends when three NYPD vehicles arrived. Defendant NYPD officers sergeant Latyna N. Latimore, Jonathan McDonald, and approximately seven other officers began pushing and yelling for everyone to get onto the sidewalk. Defendant officers began speaking with the host of the party who was then violently arrested. The defendant officers did not provide a dispersal order. People present began recording.
