Description: Officer randomly stopped and searched the Plaintiff. Officer tightly handcuffed the plaintiff causing the plaintiff to sustain bruises on his hands and wrists. Officer arrested plaintiff, took him to the 46th Precinct, and charged him with Fraudulent accosting. This incident continues to cause the Plaintiff to suffer emotional distress and humiliation which has damaged his personal and professional life.
