Complaint
Description: On November 8, 2017, Plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of E 139th St and Brook Ave doing nothing illegal when Officers Gidarisingh, Bulfamante, Doe, and Roe approached him absent probable cause or warrant, and searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained him in an aggressive and excessive manner. Plaintiff was strip searched while in custody without justification and was falsely and maliciously prosecuted. Plaintiff sustained physical and emotional injuries.
