Description: On November 9, 2015, plaintiff was lawfully on the street in the evening. There were no circumstances to suggest he was a danger or threat. However, plaintiff was punched several times, thrown to the ground, and handcuffed by police officers without provocation or legal justification. The plaintiff never resisted arrest. Plaintiff sustained a hemorrhage to his left eye, abrasions on his legs and body and numbness in both wrists.

Description: On April 17, 2014, NYPD Officers Brian Martin, Eric Francis, Jason Nino, Christopher Lopez, Savage, Morales, and Remy, and other police officers unlawfully entered the Plaintiff's apartment and unlawfully searched both them and the place. They made disparaging remarks about the Plaintiff's homosexual relationship. They were then arrested and placed in a police van, where other prisoners were smoking. Plaintiff Smith informed the officers that he is immunocompromised, but they willfully allowed the smoking to continue. The police officers then falsely informed the DA's office that they had seen Plaintiffs committing some crime.
