Defendants ordered plaintiff out of the vehicle and proceeded to search the vehicle without Plaintiff's consent or legal justification. Defendants allegedly recovered fmor the vehicle loose marijuana leaves on the floor, yet performed no tests to conlcude the true and correct substance. Defendants unlawfully, illegally, unjustifiably, intentionally, maliciously, wantonly, recklessly, and without probable cause, reason, or justification, arrested and detained Plaintiff.
