P.O. forcefully handcuffed and seized Plaintiff in an excessive manner about his person, causing him physical pain and mental suffering. P.O.s restrained the Plaintiff and his liberty and then took him into custody, causing him to be incarcerated as a detainee in the City of NY Jail, to stay in a local police precinct holding cell, and to Central Booking.
