On June 10, 2020, at approximately 11:58 P.M., at 9th Street and 34th Avenue in Queens, Capt. Christopher Giambrone, PO Christopher Singh, PO Oldson Ajesulas (promoted to detective after the incident date) of Police Service Area (PSA) 9, PO Nicholas Loccisano of Patrol Borough Queens North, and PO Eric Zeplin of PSA 9, pointed their firearms at [redacted] who was in the driver's seat of her stopped vehicle (Allegations A, B, C, D: Exonerated and Allegation E, Force: Miscellaneous - Subject Resigned). PO Ajesulas then pointed his firearm at [redacted] who was in the front passenger seat (Allegation F, Force: Exonerated). PO Singh broke the front driver's side window (Allegation G, Abuse of Authority: Unfounded). Sgt. John Hansen of Police Borough Queens North broke the front passenger's side window (Allegation H, Abuse of Authority: Exonerated). Capt.
