Description: On January 10, 2012, Plaintiffs (who are black) were for no reason arrested by Defendant NYPD PO Michelle Kralecki and PO Scott Dangelo. Prior to being handcuffed, Plaintiff attempted to inform the officers that they had committed no crime to no avail. Plaintiffs were then taken to jail, incarcerated, and a criminal proceeding was brought against them. All charges against Plaintiffs were subsequently dismissed before the case went to trial.
