Description: On or about November 23, 2022, Plaintiff was unlawfully stopped, searched, battered and arrested on the streets by Defendant NYPD POs, including PO Victoria Bean. During the arrest, the police officers violently contorted Plaintiff's arms and wrists behind his back and affixed metal handcuffs in an excessively tight fashion. Although the search of Plaintiff recovered no offending items, Plaintiff was still arrested, removed to Central Booking, and then detained at Rikers Island for 7 days. Plaintiff was maliciously prosecuted and denied due process law until all criminal charges against him were unconditionally dismissed and sealed.
