Description: On April 15, 2020, P.O. MAXWELL, DOE, and ROE approached Plaintiffs in the vicinity of Davidson and West 177th Street, Bronx. Without legal justification, P.O. MAXWELL, DOE, and ROE searched and seized Plaintiffs. Plaintiffs were arraigned after the arrest and thereafter falsely and maliciously prosecuted. Plaintiffs had to remain in a cell for over 24 hours and required to make numerous court appearance over an extended period of time until all charges against him were terminated favorably.
