Description: On February 22, 2019, plaintiff was working at a deli grocery at 3214 Third Avenue, Bronx, when an argument and fight broke out between a drunk customer and a cashier. Plaintiff attempted to stop the fight but did not strike or touch the customer. After police arrived at the scene, defendant police officers demanded security footage from plaintiff.
