On June 24, 2019, at 1:59 p.m., [redacted] called the 42nd Precinct Stationhouse, and allegedly spoke to PO Jennifer Herrera. He alleged that PO Herrera refused to process a civilian complaint about officers, refused to provide her name to him, and hung up the phone on him (Allegations A, B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted] Allegation C: Discourtesy, [redacted]).
On June 25, 2019, between 12:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m., [redacted] traveled to the 42nd Precinct stationhouse and spoke to PO Paul Naughton, who refused to process a civilian complaint for [redacted] (Allegation D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). [redacted] left the stationhouse.
