Complaint
Description: On July 15, 2014, plaintiff Jackelyn Classen was in front of 1118 Southern Boulevard in the Bronx when Defendant NYPD officers Jennifer Herrera and Pete Rodriguez approached and began threatening plaintiff. Plaintiff walked to and entered her vehicle, dialing 911. Defendant Rodriguez reached through the window of Plaintiff's vehicle and punched her in the head, face, and chest, before defendants jointly dragged plaintiff from her car and struck her with their fists on her head, face, chest, and body. Defendant Rodriguez then sat on Plaintiff's back and ground her face into the asphalt, causing a chipped tooth that required medical attention.
