Description: On or about May 2, 2024 Plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of an intersection when PO Benjamin Warren, PO John Doe, and PO John Roe approached and falsely accused Plaintiff of committing a crime. Plaintiff was falsely arrested in an aggressive and excessive manner and wrongfully imprisoned for over 24 hours. Plaintiff was maliciously prosecuted and compelled to return to court multiple times over an extended period until all charges were ultimately terminated. Plaintiff sustained physical and emotional pain and injuries as a result of this incident.
