Description: On April 28 2020, the Plaintiff was approached by NYPD Officers John Plumitallo, Sergeant Adrian Radoncic, Detective James Argila, Detective Philip Bilmes, and John Does. The Officers unlawfully stopped, questioned, frisk, searched, assaulted, and falsely arrested the Plaintiff all while using excessive force. Once the Plaintiff asked to be left alone, one officer (not clarified) punched him in the fafe, pulled him to the ground and then the remaining officers piled on top of him while kicking him over his entire body and legs causing a torn ligament to the left knee.
