Description: On October 28, 2016 Plaintiff, an escort who lectures and speaks regarding human rights violations of sex workers, was working as an escort for Alex Mrha, the son of Hilton's CFO, at a Hilton hotel. Mhra invited Plaintiff to his suite and agreed to pay Plaintiff for sex via a mobile payment platform. In the suite Mrha indicated he had paid and began sexual acts. Plaintiff attempted to wait for confirmation of payment first but Mhra forced her into sexual acts regardless. After Mhra ejaculated Plaintiff demanded her payment, which had still not gone through, and refused to leave until payment.
