Description: On October 13, 2019, Plaintiff was lawfully present on the sidewalk in Brooklyn, when defendants, including DANIEL MCGHEE, RODNEY SOUFFRANT and other unknown police officers, unlawfully stopped plaintiff and searched his person, without reasonable suspicion, probable cause, or any legal justification. Defendants did not recover any illegal, drugs, weapons, or contraband pursuant to the search of plaintiff. Before this incident, defendants received a call for a robbery but without any identification of the robbers. Thus, defendants stopped plaintiff for the robbery without any reasonable suspicion or probable he had committed the robbery.
