Description: On July 11, 2023, at 440 East 23rd St, Apt #MB, NY, NY, plaintiff was searched without a warrant, restrained and falsely arrested by defendants. Defendants grabbed, shoved, searched, and physically attacked plaintiff. Plaintiff was denied medication, food and sanitary facilities. Plaintiff continues to receive medical assistance in an effort to heal her injuries.
