Description: On May 6, 2018, Plaintiff was arrested for shoplifting in a Walgreens. Plaintiff informed the officers, including Morales, that he is a Type 1 diabetic and needed insulin. The officers ignored his request. At the precinct and central booking, Plaintiff repeatedly requested the officers and practically begged to get him to the hospital; the requests were either ignored were rejected. His request for water was also denied. Plaintiff stayed in central booking for the whole night before he was taken to the hospital when he collapsed to the floor. Description: On or about June 16, 2016, in the vicinity of Surf Avenue and West 5th Street in Brooklyn, NY, plaintiff was driving with two friends. Plaintiff was pulled over by Police Officer Francis Jackson and L.t. Kautter. These officers falsely told plaintiff that he had two suspended licenses and two warrants. Description: On October 11 2017, officer defendants falsely arrested plaintiff as he was leaving a store and charged him with sale and possession of crack cocaine, absent any violation of the law or appearance thereof. Officer defendants illegally searched plaintiff and found nothing illegal in his possession. This search was invasive and included officers touching under his pants and around his genitals. Officer defendants subsequently arrested plaintiff and placed tight handcuffs on him without stating the cause for arrest.
