The officers ignored his request. At the precinct and central booking, Plaintiff repeatedly requested the officers and practically begged to get him to the hospital; the requests were either ignored were rejected. Officer defendants illegally searched plaintiff and found nothing illegal in his possession. This search was invasive and included officers touching under his pants and around his genitals. Officer defendants subsequently arrested plaintiff and placed tight handcuffs on him without stating the cause for arrest.
