Description: On November 30, 2016 Plaintiff was inside a BJ's Wholesale Club when POs Todd Jacoby and Max Gonzalez stopped and detained Plaintiff with force, including by discharging chemical spray at Plaintiff, throwing Plaintiff to the ground, and forcibly handcuffing Plaintiff. POs then unlawfully arrested and imprisoned Plaintiff. POs caused a malicious prosecution to be initiated against Plaintiff by falsely alleging Plaintiff refused to present a purchase receipt, that Plaintiff pushed PO Gonzalez in his chest causing Gonzalez to fall to the ground, and that Plaintiff twisted his body and arm in refusal of the handcuffs.
