On April 3, 2023, at approximately 5:30 p.m., [redacted] went to the 44th Precinct stationhouse in the Bronx, where Police Officer Todd Jacoby, of the 44th Precinct, allegedly spoke discourteously and used offensive language toward [redacted] regarding their hearing disability (Allegation A: Discourtesy - Word, [redacted] (Allegation B: Offensive Language - Disability, [redacted] PO Jacoby improperly used his body-worn camera (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority – Improper Use of Body-Worn Camera, [redacted] witnessed PO Jacoby allegedly use profanity towards [redacted] (Allegation D: Discourteous - Word, [redacted] Sergeant Nicholas Torrisi, of the 44th Precinct, yelled "stop fucking yelling" to [redacted] (Allegation E: Discourtesy - Word, [redacted] and improperly used his body-worn camera (Allegation F: Abuse of Authority – Improper Use of Body-Worn Camera, [redacted] Sgt.
